# Bankrbot awards $16,000 to three projects at Runtime Agent Week

*T3tris, RentSafe, and Monaco won grand prizes for vault infrastructure, rental markets, and social trading tools at a hackathon held September 13–19, 2026.*

Bankrbot awarded $16,000 in grand prizes to three teams at the conclusion of Runtime Agent Week. The event, which combined online participation with an in-person gathering in New York City, ran from September 13 to September 19, 2026. Romain Lavernhe, Alfred, Matthieu, and Aymeric won first place and $8,000 for T3tris. Ron Turetzky and Shaurya Dubey took second place and $5,000 with RentSafe. Logan Norman, Christelle, and Andres placed third and received $3,000 for Monaco.

T3tris is a platform for asset managers to deploy permissionless vaults onchain. According to the project’s documentation, it allows managers to pool capital and execute strategies without application requirements or minimum total value locked thresholds. The system supports execution models including centralized exchange trading, real-world assets, over-the-counter deals, and cross-chain operations. The project’s site says T3tris generates revenue from yield on idle capital during asynchronous settlement windows rather than charging protocol fees to curators. The interface lets managers maintain their own branding while using the underlying infrastructure.

RentSafe addresses the rental market by creating verified profiles for tenants and landlords. The company’s site describes a system where tenants consent to have their rental history viewed by potential landlords upon signup. Landlords provide ratings based on categories such as on-time payments, property condition, communication, and neighbor relations. Tenants can publicly respond to any rating they receive. The platform aims to replace single-star rating systems with detailed breakdowns to reduce bias. Users can book viewings through the app without phone calls. The announcement says the project turns reputation data into a tradable market structure.

Monaco focuses on social trading mechanics that allow groups to manage funds collectively. Users can pool capital, propose trades, and vote on purchase decisions. The platform integrates social interaction directly into the trading workflow.

Runtime Agent Week gave participants the option to build remotely or attend events in New York City. The schedule included an opening ceremony on September 14, 2026, followed by workshops and coworking sessions. Coinbase hosted office hours on September 16, 2026, while other sponsors held evenings focused on agentic commerce and decentralized storage. Submissions closed before the demo day on September 19, 2026. Judging occurred immediately after the event, with results released on September 24, 2026. Every submission was automatically eligible for the Bankr grand prize track, which targeted financial products and autonomous agents using crypto and AI.
